Sagittaria Subulata Bundle LIVE AQUARIUM PLANT

Sagittaria is a great plant for aquarists new to planted tanks, it is relatively undemanding and will propagate readily to form an easy grass-like carpet. Sagittaria Subulata aka Sag is a great and undemanding foreground plant that can do well in low to medium light. A rich nutrient substrate is required and CO2 is optional. This plant grows very fast in the right environment.

Sag is one of my top 5 favorite aquarium plants. Anyone who wants a great hardy plant should give Sagittaria Subulata or Sag a try.

You have to try Sagittaria subulata more commonly known as Sagittaria Subulata, especially if are just getting into the hobby. It is one of my favorite plants because it grows like crazy. It looks and grows like grass. Sagittaria will keep growing and growing with runners in your tank.

Only gets about 6-8 inches tall so you can run it as a nice fore to mid ground plant. When I first got Sagittaria I spread it out pretty thinly in a wide open space in my 125 gallon planted tank. It soon grew in full and started to head into other parts of the tank that I didn't exactly want it to grow into.
