Arrived alive , on time and are doing good in my sump with grow lights. Got what the pictures showed

The description is accurate. My plants came in and looked great! I’m super happy with them and the smoothness of everything. I was hesitant to order but it was 1000% worth it. Will absolutely be ordering in the future!!! In this picture I ordered and received Java fern, tiger lotus, and anubias.

Bright vibrant pink, and the roots are beautiful. I took out the tiniest of the stems, the three in the photo are the finest with the finest roots, im floating them at the top. They're about half the size of the other stems I received.
I got about 8 stems, rooted, and all of them were vibrant and beautiful. The leaves on my stems are just beginning to deepen their color, the roots are extremely healthy looking, and these are the rings of the stems I got. I did plant my others under a grow light, I do have to clean the algae so they can be seen.

These were replacements sent due to ups cooking my first order. Ups 3 day ended up getting from texas to Minnesota in about a day, and then left my state (mn) to traipse across the southern states for a week. Cooking my plants.
The customer service was swift, extremely helpful, and very kind. They waited for cooler weather, just in case, and resent the plants that got cooked. Both shipments were well packaged, the replacements were sent USPS priority and arrived in about 3 days, including the weekend. Packaged well, individually wrapped and sealed, inside of an insulated wrapper, with padding inside of the box surrounding the insulated package.

The first time I ordered these, UPS made it from texas to Minnesota in about a day. And then.... Traipsed around the southern states and my plants arrived over a week late. Not cantons fault, at all. I could tell they had been packaged well, and the floaters looked like they were HUGE when they sent them, sadly ups just cooked them. Customer service from Canton was swift, and great customer service. They waited for cooler weather to ship my replacements just in case of a mail failure again, and sent me tracking as soon as they got everything repackaged. :)

They just sent me replacements, and I got them within just days, from texas to Minnesota. They are absolutely beautiful, and the cup they were in was FULL! The clips are absolutely beautiful, with vibrant greens and reds, and buds are already forming!! There were some leaves that had a tiny bit of brown, but they came easily off. I took a photo of a handful of the clumps, altogether I had about 3 handfuls of the clumps laid out. All of them had baby leaves, which I tried to show what that looks like, and all of the roots were vibrant red. I also tried to show the buds. I'm so thrilled.

Absolutely beautiful plants arrived. Full disclosure, UPS fried my original order of plants, so this was my replacement plants that I got today. They waited until the weather was cooler across the board to ship, and changed to USPS, and I got my shipment within days once they re-shipped. The plants arrived with padding, boxes, and wrapped in an insulated packer.
All in all, I had great customer service, and beautiful plants.

This bundle may not look super large, but it's full of beautiful health looking roots, it doesn't look damaged by shipment, and it seems like a beautiful healthy clump!

My plants were beautiful, I had no browning, no breakage, no root damage, they were lush and green and absolutely stunning. I took photos before floating them, and I am so thrilled with what I got. The dwarf hairgrass they've given me is so incredibly sturdy, as well, if you need a sturdier plant. I wanted to take a photo of the rest of the dwarf grass, but realized I couldn't get a good photo of where I planted it in my tank 😅 so I took a photo of a small clump I'll be floating. :)

Looked desd when i got it all leaves and most roots melted back but within 2 days i have two new RAD tiger leaves growing!!! Onenof my favorites
